Our olives come prevailingly from Spanish regions such as Andalucia and Extremadura. Many varieties are produced in these areas and traded by us: Hojiblanca, Gordal, Cacerena, Manzanilla are the best-known. Olives are hand harvested or picked using a milking motion. They are immediately conveyed to the factories and handled to be processed for curing in the fermentation barrels. Olives are then sorted by size, processed and eventually preserved in plain brine. The final choice we offer is very rich: whole, stoned, sliced, stuffed with pepper cream or with anchovies, tuna, lemon, almonds and other herbs.

The black olives of Spain are unique and incomparable on the international market. Their tasty flavour and special tenderness make them successful  and growing in demand: Italy is one of the major importers in the world. Ideal as appetizers or for any kind of flavouring, to be enjoyed as  a whole fruit, stoned or sliced.
A vast selection of natural black olives is available: arbequina, coquillo, cacerenas, aragon…,  naturally ripened on the trees and harvested after the proper oxidation reached at the sunshine.
