Garlic is a plant already well known in ancient times: it was regularly used in Far East, since 3.000 B.C. Very much linked with our traditional dishes, garlic is also used for many local recipes and sauces, among which our "Pesto alla Genovese". Thanks to the attention paid by us to this recipe and after a deep search for a reliable supplier, some years ago we started to introduce both garlic in brine and de-hydrated (in slices, granules and powder) to our regular assortment: in few words, we are today able to satisfy our customers' main requests.
